Pros

Great lunches, good but diminishing brand, huge customer base that the snr mgt wanst to shaft and exploit all of the time. Company cannot handle the down turn and totally dishonest with both employees and customers

Cons

Very poor Snr Mgt - dishonest, lack of integrity. Software not being delivere don time and to good quality.

Pros

A great company with great benefits and still lots of opportunities to grown internally. Free meals, mobiles for private usage, fitness club membership support, company car policy, overall freedom and very open culture from top management down to the single employee. People are used to getting lots of responsibility and achieving.

Cons

It is not a start up company anymore with nearly 60 K people working for them, still a little bit of that feeling is being left, but it's becoming a usual company like other big ones. In a big company not always the best people become ones manager but the best politicians.
