      has Brand value, there is a perception of greatness about this company among outsiders access to free training and material

      Cons

      Global policies and management styles are not percolated to the end orgnaisation In india the management is autocratic and run it like a marwadi business promotions are only for friends

      - Market leader - Focus on people and processes - Very smart people, committed - Core products are of top quality, providing real value to customers

      Cons

      - No longer as good with career growth - management has programs for talented employees but its all talk and no action. - No clarity of vision from management - Focus has been on sales and margins rather than product quality, retaining top talent and good processes - Local/regional top management is pathetic, more keen on empty talk rather than making any "real" changes and improving the work-life balance for employees.
