      Pros

      SAP pays well, provides generous benefits and has a valuable brand name.

      Cons

      SAP has lost its edge and is floundering in its efforts to reinvent itself to survive the rapid decline of the ERP market it once dominated. The company is handicapped by its own arrogance, rampant cronyism and ruthless culture. It rewards those that add no value but are masters of toeing the line and preserving the status quo.....and it punishes those that actually know what they're talking about and dare to speak up about changes needed for the company to succeed.

      Pros

      I would say that it is a good start in that kind of industry. Also, it has to be written that the education of the staff is quite good.

      Cons

      the company is too burocratic. Decisions which are made by the management is not always clear. It is frustrating to not know where the ship is heading to.
