- Good salary compared with similar jobs whitin the country. - Good benefits. - 25 days vacations + other days depending on conditions. - Respect for the working hours. - Very good atmosphere and accesible colleagues. - Hard effort in education and certifications.

Cons

- Lower salary than the same position in other european countries. - Slow growth in salary and grade. Around 3% annual + 1 or 2% extra depending on performance. - Recognition and career growth based mainly on the years in the position. Extra effort or talent make a small difference.
