Great benefits, great office, work from home whenever you need. You will learn by doing and gain valuable experience.

Cons

Expect to work more than 40 hours a week. In certain roles you can feel pressure to answer emails etc even if you're on leave. Career path is how hard you push for what you want, not something that happens organically.
