- Good compensation package - Top-notch health benefits - Free lunch - Relaxed environment - Nice people to work with - Good location, close to downtown Montreal

Cons

- Developers are told what to do, very little opportunity to innovate. - Outdated technology: ABAP, In-house tools and frameworks. - Lots of legacy code, extremely difficult to find information. - No standards, no documentation, code quality is horrible. - Source code repository? What is that? - Repetitive boring tasks - Promotions are very infrequent due to the flat hierarchy
