Pros

Working at SAP is a great chance to learn and grow. It is a stable job and there is room to build a career here. Management is encouraging.

Cons

You won't often be surprised or swept off your feet by something cool. I often felt the key to growth in SAP is by networking and knowing people rather than technical accomplishments which are forgotten like yesterday's news.

Interesting projects to work on Great work/life balance Company really cares about employees and fosters talent Culture is very welcoming and colleagues helpful

Cons

A lot of redundant information in many sources (internal portal, wikis, jams) make searching for specific topic challenge because of all that information noise.
