Salary offerings could be improved, as could the training programs. Too often it is on the fly training that takes place New Hires can have a lot of difficulty understanding how SAP Runs

Pros

Great program that lets new grads find out their true passion in technology. With a CS degree, you can explore in dev, QA, design and PM roles. One year, four rotations. Best benefit is meeting so many people in different teams, work/life balance, and trip to Germany. Highly recommended even if salary is not as good as FB or Google in Silicon Valley. Moreover, there are lots of training resources available for you in between rotations.

Cons

There is always a chance that a team you like doesn't have headcounts due to organizational changes, even if they say they have headcounts, because they need your free work in their teams.
