Pros

There is a lot of work. ML, Mobile, Web, Infrastructure, APIs. Whatever you want to work on, there's a team for it. Teams get to choose whatever tech they want to get the job done. Work/life balance is heavy on the life side.

Cons

Poor compensation at the higher levels. Dogmatic adherence to Scrum. Work is driven by the Product org with little regard to engineering requirements.
