Cons

Only single digit hike is being given. Very very old technologies being used.No individual growth. Very few female managers present and hugely sexist in terms of promotion. No onsite, too much cost cutting. Rare team outings and negligible team outbounds. All because of new campus relocation the money is being trimmed.
