- At corporate level: vision, mission and solution portfolio. SAP is definitely a leader in its area and this is particularly tangible with number of customers trusting SAP all over the world. - At Employee level: great employee experience with best-in class offices, multicultural environment, good salaries conditions, good worklife balance and good career development offering with a lot of possibilities to grow within the company in Barcelona, in the Market Unit or even in the other digital hubs all across the world.

Cons

- SAP transformation is taking time and employees needs to be patient regarding internal processes at every level (administrative, HR, sales, etc.)

Broad portfolio of solutions, quite a few best-in-class solutions to sell, well-known brand. Good compensation package and perks.

Cons

A lot of burocracy and administrative tasks. In the middle of a transition and a lot of uncertainty. Stress and diffuclt balance with private life.
