Pros

There are not any Pros for this company.Stay away.

Cons

I applied for the Controller - BAC Services MEE (452496) position through an employee referral, so I expected at least some level of communication and professionalism during the process. After waiting two weeks, I only received a standard rejection email with no personalized feedback. I politely asked for feedback afterward and never received any response. I have also applied multiple times for roles closely related to my experience and background, with similar outcomes. Overall, the candidate experience has been disappointing, especially considering the lack of transparency and communication. Unfortunately, I would not recommend applying based on my experience.

Pros

Progressive company adapting & staying with market trends consistently. Encouraging learning always & upskilling is core. Tech industry is evolving so fast, SAP is always developing in line with top companies.

Cons

Higher level decision making doesn't always hear the issues on the ground & more regional/global complex decisions that have been made, dont always align.

Pros

competitive salary, flexible working hours, young people

Cons

coated as german/ europe style but the local management culture reflects a heavily hierarchical Vietnamese style. The lab operation team is expected to function primarily as a support group, instead appears to pursue authority and excessive control over the local site’s culture and operations. Many global processes are bypassed and alternatives are decided by the MD. Employees are treated in a highly top-down manner and are expected to comply with directives from the lab ops team without question. the talents here is not so "talented", majority appears to be the average with limited evidence of strong expertise, innovation, or high-performance
