Pros

- good work based on the team and projects - free food

Cons

- For most of the the benefits that they talk about, employees end up paying from their own pocket, e.g. Medical insurance - They will tell you that company will reimburse you for a lot of hobbies and activities that you may want to pursue, but it turns out, you end up paying for it - HR will lie to you before joining and they don't disclose all the hidden details about benefits - car lease and higher education benefits are not applicable for all employees, only if you want to stay here for next 10 years, these benefits will be applicable - they will talk so much about being employee friendly and caring, but no reimbursement for basic home office setup for new joinees - most of the benefits that you see are pretty much available with almost every other company, so nothing new here - new joinees get old used laptops. I know this isn't a big deal but it shows how cheap the organization can be - funniest thing - they give you 2000 rupee gift card on your birthday and project itnas if they bought you a Ferrari

Pros

SAP has a clear vision of it's future and is making strides to better support its partners/employees so that we can better support our customers.

Cons

Individual development is a priority that sometimes takes a back seat to other priorities. Keep that in mind and stay focused on your own personal development with assistance from leadership is my advice.

Pros

ok benefits but more or less as everywhere home office is there due to agile workspace

Cons

Management! Fix it. Get externals if needed. HR is problematic. It s there to only reply and close tickets. tickets are there on everything you do at work, which you need to review afterwards. Salaries are lower than competition currently. Problems with Ariba and Concur employees still persist after all these years. But we are one company. We are treated differently though. Wouldn t recommend if you want to have a career due to the poor culture and the lack of support. Salary is not worth it. Overall the Prague branch is the pitiful one of all, with fancy offices.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Each year, we undertake an external salary benchmarking review of the local market. This review is to ensure we offer a competitive salary package compared to companies with a similar profile and for the wide range of roles we have in each country. We also have a compensation review cycle that gets underway in Quarter One every year. As part of that compensation cycle, managers allocate the merit budget assigned to them (which is based on the performance of the company, team, and on an individual level) to reward employees. We encourage you to use the SAP Talk tool to discuss any open questions/points of clarification or concerns you might have on this topic with your line manager directly.
