Pros
- Fine colleagues, relatively fine atmosphere
Cons
- Difficult to find competent people. - Not much IT-skilled employees. - Many managers lack IT background and capabilities beyond the "I'm a manager " sentence. - While the modernization was performed it was chaos (but it is understandable since splitting one company into two is difficult). - Overall the biggest disadvantage of Kyndryl Brno is the lack of IT expertise throughout the site, too overpaid managers compared to the remaining senior technicians, and very inefficient processes that block several simple steps like building the servers to a month job while in other large corporations it is much easier to achieve.
