- Excellent work life balance - Good teamwork and Projects - Excellent schemes for employee care - Too many add on benefits in terms of food, health,culture, shuttle services.

Cons

- Use of proprietory softwares : SAP has it's own frameworks and products for development purposes. Most of the team choose this proprietory frameworks for development. As a result, one does not get exposure to Open Source at all.

SAP Labs has the best HR policies. Always top 5 in best places o work for in India. Good Management, free food, shuttles and nearly 40 paid leaves annually.

Cons

SAP labs would be best for someone who wants to settle, not suited for someone who wants to learn and grow constantly.
