Pros

Being fair, salary is beyond fair and well above market.

Cons

Where should I start? - Toxic behavior from managers and peers. - Gossip culture that leads to people being protected by managers if you're a good bootlicker. - There is not an onboarding process nor clear procedures. - Nothing is documented and most of the things seem to be working just by faith. - In the Madrid office, the HR treatment towards me has been the WORST I've had in my career. Zero empathy and lots of hypocrisy. - Agile methodologies? What's that? You won't find that in here but the oposite. - Only benefit beyond a good salary is "discounts" on flight tickets that are already cheap for everyone outside the company. - And last but not least, there is not room for innovation. They only want you to keep as much as they already have even if there are useless, disorganized and unpolished things.
