Pros

- Staff travel - Fun mix of colleagues

Cons

- Only good for graduates looking to gain 1-2 years of experience, salary is abysmal - All management care about are what McMahon and O'Leary want, they barely acknowledge your existence until something goes wrong - Forget about performance reviews or receiving any helpful feedback - Unless you somehow negotiate a contract which states annual pay rises, a pay rise is not ever going to happen - Long work hours - No remote/hybrid work options

Cons

Young people with no experience or commitment, Hypocritical co-workers Too much gossip. Long hours shifts with no adicional pay for delays. Sometimes you get your shifts changed mid shift.
