Staff flights if you like traveling being able to go anywhere in Europe last minute

Cons

Awful environment to work in , constantly watching your back , Management have no respect for their teams , you are treated with very little regard, this unfortunately reflects on how employees treat Customers , why would anyone work for this company ? I had a wake-up call and left , no regrets :)

After several years of working for this company I still can't say what pros are! Probably none unless you're into masochism

Cons

Abysmal if you see Ryanair as an opportunity to get into aviation world and then move somewhere else, it's still now worth it - this company will ruin your dream leaving you bitter and burnt out. Try EasyJet for that matter, definitely a nicer company to work for!
