Pros

Ryanair is a great company to work for. this company enables you to gain as much experience as possible. i was based in Stansted for 4 years and everyday it was a different day. this base is the best because it has a variety of route and everyday you fly with new people. Throughout the 4 years i was even based temporarily to other bases and made me appreciate what Stansted had that other base didn't have. The office coverage 24 and whenever i needed anything there's always been some support from management.like any other jobs and especially if you wanted to progress you have to work hard, but this pays off as i have received a promotion.

Cons

this job is for 'people' personality
