Pros

- The people are some of the best and most talented people I have worked with. - Very strong engineering culture with a focus on doing it the right way. - The culture at work is amazing. Tons of dogs in the office and great energy. - Fun team events and social gatherings - Competitive pay to market standards - Ability to grow rapidly in career

Cons

- Lack of communication at the middle/senior leadership level - Poor execution of layoffs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The way the layoffs were executed went againt the core values they preach.

Pros

Great work life balance. Fun people to work with. Dogs everywhere! Work on a product that makes a difference. Ops team is amazing.

Cons

Poor, inexperienced tech leadership. Decisions and planning take way too long. Promotions seem to be based on time at company instead of ability or prior experience

Pros

Dogs, catered lunch, and a growing market.

Cons

Egos follow an exponential growth curve, while talent has more or less stabilized. The company will mark you as an outcast if you do not conform to their technology decisions and practices, especially anything to do with Django ;). The company is at the whim of their investors, so don't expect to have your opinion heard ... or even considered for that matter.
