Pros

The Tech Team is made up of very smart and humble people, which you can learn a lot from. The entire company is taking a data-driven approach to doing business, so there are less philosophical discussions but more real, impactful and informed work being done. The top management team is very transparent about how the business is going. We also get internal training sessions from the top management team, on various business topics, which is very helpful to people interested in starting a business on their own at some point. We're growing very fast so there are days when I feel overwhelmed. It's good that I can take short breaks and play with the puppies in the office and recharge. It had a huge positive effect on me!

Pros

Supportive co-workers and supervisors. Genuinely care about your mental/emotional well-being

Cons

Disorganized structure and lack of employee performance accountability. This may come along with a startup though.

Pros

- Dogs at work make for a positive work environment, and remove some of the stress of working at a fast-paced startup. - Fellow employees are all-stars. - Concern of health and sanity of employees has improved vastly since I started working here. - Social events (happy hours, etc..) are a lot of fun. - Opportunity for the ambitious to move up in the company - Executives walk around the office, and if you have a question for one, you can easily walk over and ask.

Cons

- A pay cut for working at a new and small company - 401k matching and other potential work-benefits are not yet available, as the company is still developing. - Synergy between teams is an area that could be improved.
