      Great people, work life balance and cooperative spirit. Surrounded by a people that want you to succeed and improve.

      Cons

      Tech stack is old and outdated. There are efforts for new development with new technology but it is limited.

      Pros

      Tech stack on some projects is modern and there are quite few 10x engineers who are still there. Free food. Good location (Waltham).

      Cons

      Engineering talents.. In general the crowd is not a good one to be in (with exceptions). Tech bar on the interview is low - mostly behavioral questions. Second, Lots of incompetent mid-level managers (with few exceptions) who only care a job security. 10.5h time difference with remote colleagues makes collaboration hard or almost impossible unless one of you stays late. Want to learn/do some data analysis or ML? Shut up and go coderamming.
