      Other than people and culture - nothing really

      Pros

      People and culture are pretty decent. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      - No management updates on what next. - Management not honest or forthcoming. - No salary increments even cost of living!! - Old/dated software. - If you are not one of their minions - forget about any career advancement on growth. - No job security. If you don't work on the favored product - just say goodbye to job in couple of quarters.

      Good benefits, good people in the ranks

      Cons

      Management has no consistent plan, Engineering and supervisory positions are being outsourced from US and high salaried locations to Russia and China. This is the go-forward strategy stated outright by senior management.

      Pros

      Tech stack on some projects is modern and there are quite few 10x engineers who are still there. Free food. Good location (Waltham).

      Cons

      Engineering talents.. In general the crowd is not a good one to be in (with exceptions). Tech bar on the interview is low - mostly behavioral questions. Second, Lots of incompetent mid-level managers (with few exceptions) who only care a job security. 10.5h time difference with remote colleagues makes collaboration hard or almost impossible unless one of you stays late. Want to learn/do some data analysis or ML? Shut up and go coderamming.
