      Pros

      Being in Rocket Software helps you to know the inside world of mainframe . Getting to work on System programming (on Control blocks / Hooks in assembler) on tools like SDSF, Allocation manager or Output Manager , makes you realize you just know a drop in the ocean of the legacy system which is generally used by Service Industry. Getting to know that Legacy system can be moved to newer platform (under laying service still in legacy ) is to get the best of both world and being part of this journey is truly amazing . The team here trust you and is always willing to support you ..makes it feel like extend home !! Come be part of Rocket family !

      Need to be an very quick learner and be flexible in working in different technology .

      Strong & reputed customer base. Small but experienced workforce. Product based company, so you get to involve in entire life-cycle of product. Rocket Build (Local,Community and Global) for innovative minds.

      Good benefits such as 401k match, snacks, sick time, paid vacation time, 6 weeks full maternity leave.

      Inter department communication can be though sometimes.
