Pros
Benefits were better than average. I created a great network of professionals from within the organization. I enjoyed the ability to work from home when I wasn’t traveling..
Cons
Some brands within the organization have almost no revenue and are being sustained by unrealistic revenue goals for other brands. Overall the upper level management made it very clear that profit was the only part of the business that matters. All the successful businesses built by entrepreneurs and their loyal employees are being systematically sliced and diced into meaningless organization silos that makes none profitable over time.
