      CEO is passionate and approachable Strong link with IBM Marquee entertainment sponsor at IBM events

      Cons

      Poor brand awareness in market Products are old and infrequently updated Company squeezing existing customers but offering little for maintenance charge Growing overall maintenance revenue by acquiring redundant technology from IBM but few new sales. The company is in decline and not a good place for ambitious salespeople

      People are always there to help, they promote community within the workplace which is great, and they'll accommodate if you request a job more fitting to what your capabilities are. As long as you've proved yourself, they'll offer challenges.

      Cons

      Pretty big age gap in the Denver location (which they're working on). Far from Boulder.
