Good benefits and career possibilities. Salaries are not exceeded but they are ok. International environment and policies. Human Resources Department very active.

Cons

Line Managers do not want the employers to grow because they don’t want to lose balance in their teams, so it’s not that easy to change the job position or to grow with their help. There’s a lack of encouragement to the employers, despite they say that they support career.
