Pros

No Sales Pressure – Unlike traditional sales roles, I’m not focused on pushing products but on solving patient challenges and improving healthcare access. ✔ Exposure to Innovation – Roche is a leader in digital health and AI-driven solutions, and I get to be part of innovative projects in the healthcare ecosystem. ✔ Career Growth & Global Network – Being part of a global company means great learning opportunities and potential career moves, including international roles.

Cons

❌ High Responsibility & Self-Management – There’s no micromanagement, which is great, but it also means I have to be extremely self-driven and proactive. ❌ Frequent Travel & Meetings – A big part of the job is meeting with stakeholders, which means a lot of time spent outside the office or on calls. ❌ Defining Success Can Be Tricky – Unlike sales or marketing roles, my performance isn’t tied to numbers—it’s more about long-term influence, which can be hard to measure.

Thank you for your feedback! We recognize that being a large and complex company sometimes results in lengthier processes. And, our market is highly regulated, with a myriad of considerations that often impact timelines. With this in mind, we continue to work on streamlining our processes, incorporating more agility into the way we work whenever possible. We also encourage you to consider further engaging your manager in an open & honest dialogue to see if there might be opportunities to address your concerns or identify possible opportunities to improve upon your department processes.
