      Has fantastic pay and benefits package Great (former) colleagues

      Cons

      Roche is in the midst of many multiple transformations. Support functions like IT, HR (Now P&C), Finance going through Lean transformation, Agile transformation, and others. However, to move things quickly, they have combined a few transformations: eg Agile transformation with cost-cutting measures, with many laughable (in a sad way) results. This has resulted in many experienced staff leaving.

      Overall a good company but management needs to give better direction

      Flexible working hours, reasonable work life balance, overall friendly environment with the exception of some teams

      Cons

      some teams can be political, transformation constantly happening and at a rapid rate from Global, P&C (formerly HR) transformed and feels like in a mess
