      Workplace environment is generally good.

      Cons

      - Salary raise is not big enough, even move up to 2 level higher. - Limited opportunity to have career abroad as an expat. - High turnover, new boss can easily fire you if he/she dont like - Lateral movement between function (medical to marketing) is not possible
