superficial, monotonous, They did not let me grow in my position. There was a big dissension in the team. They did not let me change teams or join additional projects.

Culture is abysmal, very goal orientated with little/no job satisfaction Despite being "class leading", purse strings are being squeezed, forcing remote people to become silo'd and have very little development opportunities. Vastly different atmosphere being a field based employee vs office based.
