      Terrible culture at the Burgess Hill office. Dishonesty and lies encouraged. As a manager I have witnessed this firsthand, and have seen good people treated terribly. It’s has gone on for too long. Leadership are well aware how people are treated and nothing changes. I strongly suspect some leaders are saving their own skin. This office has become unbearable.

      I like to think I’ve experienced all that the workplace can offer in my career, but this place took it to the next level - and not in a good way. Have you heard of the phrase - the tail wagging the dog? This place is the epitome of that phrase. Limp senior leadership allows unqualified personnel to carry out, quite frankly, risky, dubious unprofessional behaviour. I have seen other reviews about the Burgess Hill office of Roche, and the lack of professionalism, and I just agreed with it all.
