Thanks for your feedback and input. Roche offers a flexible work environment to make it easier for employees to balance their work and personal obligations and needs, where possible. In addition we offer a large variety of services and tools for employees' health and well-being, such as medical services, access to sports, resilience training, counseling etc. Roche intends to keep trained young professionals as employees and to offer them a position, if possible. If there is no permanent position after the successful completion of the vocational training, Roche offers a one-year temporary contract with a regular salary.
