Pros

Great office, great young crowd and good company branding.

Thank you for your review, I’m glad you enjoyed our collaborative team-based culture and market-leading brand. I’m disappointed to read your cons, while our team-based profit share model is unique in the industry, it sets us apart from our competitors and ensures our clients and candidates get the best service, and means we can reward our people for their total contribution to the team. And we invest heavily in our managers, equipping them with the tools to help their teams succeed. But we’re always open to feedback – if you’d like, you can reach out to me at jane.lowney@robertwalters.com to arrange a confidential conversation. Jane Lowney Senior Director – Queensland
