Pros

- International network and mobility. I started in Tokyo then had the chance to open a brand new office in San Francisco after being with the company for 6yrs. In my 9yrs here, I've spent time working and training in Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, London, New York and have attended incentive trips in Vegas, Sth Africa, Bali and Guam. - Company looks after high performers very well and values them highly - Guaranteed base salaries that increase as you progress upwardly through the company . They are unsurpassed in the industry - Great culture and a really fun bunch of people to work with - Large company with strong brand name makes it easier to bring on top tier clients

Cons

- There are a lot of teams, divisions and branches inside of Robert Walters which also means that there are many micro-cultures. Make sure that your personality/work style fits that of your team members. It varies across branches. - As with any recruitment firm, or for that matter, most sales jobs, it's hard work with many ups and downs. The rewards are big for those who are willing to go the extra mile and can ride through the tough times.

Pros

It is a good environment to work on. It has relaxed environment and also has good projects to work on, not not much pressure on work

Cons

Timings are of Consultants. It starts from 8:30 in the morning till 6:00 PM in the evening. I feel this is much higher when compared to other software development offices. Also it makes you tired.

Pros

The people are without exception all high quality and this has an inspiring and motivational affect. Leadership of the business is strong both in terms of growing the organisation (which breeds opportunity) but also in embracing an employee focussed agenda. The working environment is fantastic and Head Office is a fun place to be around. Our approach to achieving and maintaining true partnerships with our clients is exactly what is needed, but also so often lacking, in this industry. Pay and benefits are both good as is work life balance and the flexibility offered by the organisation. A great organisation that genuinely makes you proud to be an employee and part of the 500+ strong team.

Cons

Prefer not to split hairs or quote areas of improvement that are typical across all businesses! Perhaps a greater attention of developing the business outside of London but this is an case of growing the company rather than a criticism.
