      very friendly people, and good training, get to work with diff industriews and get to know other company culture

      mundane ..very target orientated..KPI is very important..same thing day in and day out, stress levels can get high,a sales job at the end of the day..

      Cons

      Dodgy Agents. Forgot to take care of expiring contracts. Once I have to tell them that my contract is expiring and the next is nobody remembered that my contract had expired. Pain. Agent even blamed me for not telling them.
