Nothing really, made some friends due to trauma bonding.

Cons

I’d strongly caution anyone considering this workplace. My experience left a lasting impact on my mental health. Management is poor, with clear favouritism and little support for those who need it due to challenging market conditions. The pay is low, the workload is heavy, and there’s no recognition or empathy. It’s not a healthy or rewarding environment. Be wary.
