Pros

Made some great friends, really enjoyed the social side of work. Lovely office with great views of the MCG. Social club was good fun. I liked the stand up desks. Some key managers where fantastic and lead by example, felt like I could go to them and they would help. Other managers were not approachable and didn't check in on their teams.

Cons

Really high turnover, people weren't performance managed - they were just told to do more. When you are doing well you can get away with anything, when you aren't performing you are made to feel very anxious. Lots of closed door meetings which caused anxiety in staff and rumours to start. A lot of average or under performers which bring down the overall standards of work to drop. Senior management had clear favourites and would spend long afternoons out drinking with them.
