Pros

- Culture - People, including some great local leaders - Brand is strong and there are plenty of ideas to help you make money

Cons

- The new CRM has been an awful step backwards. I’ve not come across a single person that enjoys using it or considers it a good idea - slows you down to a snails pace and most of the features don’t work or aren’t there.

Worth to start but not long term

Pros

Good company events, many fun people around, great team work if you're under the right team and right manager

Cons

the corporate culture is like a cult, KPI heavily focused, they dont care how much effort you spent they only care about result, some managers were promoted simply based on how much they have billed when they were senior cons...can have very bad management styles.
