Pros

Flexibility when it comes to balancing work and personal life. The pay is great .

Cons

Hardly any benefits. Will have you working in unethical situations. Don’t care about employees. Only care about the customers. No value

Pros

Good team spirit, nice locations, fair payment and good infrastructure. You get to lean a pot and can propose new ideas

Cons

Not much contact with management, each hotel is a world for itself meaning that there is not much general guidance for the whole group
