      .Good staff . Good Management .Good pay scale + services charge which you get every month and the good thing is that the service charge is not fixed it depends on the business. If the business goes good the profit comes better.

      Cons

      Lot's of rush.sometimes you will get panic by seeing that rush.its get to Busy.lots of pressure, more work.but end of the day .you learn how to deal with it how to run the operations smoothly without any issues.and very important guest + self satisfaction is necessary whatever you do wherever you do.
