Pros

The Hotel values you and they want to see you grow (if you are willing to go to South America and spend the majority of life there)

Cons

If you do NOT want to sell your soul then you sadly won’t be able to grow a lot and will be used in whatever way possible that benefits the company (Not you) Also you will have the lowest amount of Vacation days allocated to you 22 days, the usual working day is around 10 hours (even though it says 8 in your contract) and you don’t get paid for overtime you are EXPECTED to do overtime and you will never get to enjoy National Holidays

The need of changing schedules do to the needs of the Hotel. Normal for every job that requires to comfort guests. (everyone who works for customer service knows this)
