Pay was good but could always improve, growth is there, staff and management are great.

Cons

Everyone got paid the same didn’t matter what front desk positions, did not have enough staff, turnover was bad, guest complained about not having agents that speak their language like HELLO you’re in a ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY. if you mentioned anything about unionizing you’ll probably get sent to the office. Managers don’t know what confidential means.
