      The culture and the people you work with are amazing.

      Cons

      The salary is horrible, the higher management does favoritism and micromanagement. Your work is never praised. HR is a joke. For a company that thrives on well-being, every one is working very hard without getting any recognition and feeling safe about their job. I worked for them for 2 years and although I made great friends, my manager in the Marketing department was a nightmare. Also there is a high racism going on behind the scenes.

      Rituals really care for its employees and create a really good work environment. The onboarding and training are very thorough, and you can develop your professional and personal skills greatly. Great opportunities to move into different positions. Overall, the best place I've worked
