Pros

- flexible working hours - pretty good pay - good discount - free products - when you have a good team + manager it’s really fun and quite a good job

Cons

- upper management don’t care about their staff any complaints or reports get ignored - mangers can somtimes be micro managing and don’t respect their team (also sometimes treat the ASM badly too) - long hours and lots of pressure - expected to cover shifts in over stores and berated if you say no - penalised if off sick - expected to do additional duties outside of your role
