      Pros

      1. In the store i worked in there was a great communication throughout the team. 2. You recieve benefits such as free items + a discount.

      Cons

      1. It's very tough to reach the specific economical targets in stores, because they are set too high - from what i've learned, is that it can be quite unmotivating throughout the whole team, because it's too unrealistic. 2. As a sales assistant it can be very tough to work your way up throughout Rituals, and that is not very motivating, when you'd love to grow with the company and get the opportunity of another role.

      - Good on-the-job training supplemented with immersive online training platform that helps you get up to speed with product knowledge quickly - Rewarded with lots of product and a decent staff discount - Reputable brand that is growing quickly - Great team with supportive managers

      Cons

      - KPIs are very ambitious and bonus almost unachievable, which can be demoralising - Pay is not competitive and does not reflect standard of work expected from you by the company
