Pros

Company values. Being part of one of the fastest growing beauty brands. Great people (a family to me). Learning/development plans according to your skills. Products speak for themselves... just awesome. Unique philosophy that fits in beautifully with today’s lifestyle.

Cons

So much has changed (good change) in the last years, a change and growth towards the right direction, that any cons from a few years ago, are no longer existent.

Pros

Not that much work. Stores are really slow but there’s a lot of operations behind stores that are clearly not profitable. 48 hours of sick days for full time employees, which is good.

Cons

I would recommend this as a part time, 1-2 days a week side gig. Or if you are in a financial crisis from job loss and need something quick to have a source of income. I have been here less than a month and have seen more red flags and alarming behavior from upper management than any other previous employer. Examples: fussing over paperwork not being stapled on correct side versus why there is nearly 100% turn over in your stores. Pay for sales position is well below average. Why are you so concerned with paperwork and small petty things when none of your stores in NYC are making any money, and there is an externally high turn over rate in your company. Stop focusing on minor things and start focusing on training(which is a joke) and taking care of your employees. Corporate looks down on employees and will literally have the WORST attitude when they meet you. Never have I witnessed anything this vile. Stop wasting money on stupid videos that no one learns from, racist and sexist uniforms for people that leave in a month and start investing your employees in other ways ie: incentives, higher salary to make them want to stay.
