      Pros

      Supportive team and amazing store manager. Opportunity to progress and develop new skills. Generous discount and product allocation. Supporting a great company with great brand values.

      Cons

      Late finish due to Shopping Centre closing hours. Demanding at Christmas but standard everywhere in retail. Lots of cleaning due to glass shelves and product spillages. no CCTV which makes store vulnerable to theft and therefore lack of security when lone trading.

      Supportive team but challenging management dynamics

      Friendly team that shows good support from other sales associates and supervisors

      Cons

      My manager pushed difficult customers onto me while I was the only person manning tills or had different duties at the time, this happened frequently and on multiple occasions. Both me and the manager started on the same day and this went on for as long as my contract
