      Nothing comes to mind. There are no pros.

      This is one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. They are so disorganized and messy with everything they do. The business is failing and it is a direct reflection of the inexperienced, trash corporate team.

      If you are lucky to meet with nice people.

      Overtime not paid if you are MGM team, toxic environment. The Head office is never working, and when you get the chance to reach them, they are busy to help, too busy taking pictures showing how much fun they have. I have worked for almost two years for the company as assistant manager, in charge of a shop since June with no support or help. The company is focused on gaining more profit (of course only for Head office, unless you are in someone else favour you can get something in return) If you want to work in a business where you are USED and your skills have zero importance well, yes Rituals is made for you.

      truly nothing. it’s awful in the nyc market. in other countries it’s great. the US corporate team does not hold up to the company standards like in the netherlands and elsewhere. unfortunate.

      Cons

      everything. they do not develop their people. it’s all politics and corporate promoting favorites that are completely unqualified. there’s a reason why this market is failing.
