-Nice ambient environment in store -Nice uniform -Nice products

Cons

-onboarding process excessive -extremely long interview process, I must have had about 5 interviews which were very poorly organised. -hotels not paid for upon arrival for stay overs -1 hour lunch break too little for what’s expected of you. -very demotivating area calls. -suggestions and wins were ignored -training visits where someone would walk out crying nearly every time- concerning.
